radikul associates is Jeffrey Shapard <jshap@radikul.com> and a distributed network of comrades who are also fellow pioneers in early stage companies and industries, experienced professionals, and seasoned veterans of the global Internet.
radikul associates was initially formed in 1993 as Radical Associates of El Cerrito (near Berkeley), California USA, in order to provide business consulting services to companies entering the emerging Internet markets of that time in the US and Japan. In 1994 we relocated to Herndon (near Washington DC), Virginia USA, for a long-term assignment. We assumed a permutation of the original name to re-emerge in late 2001, and have vastly expanded the range of services we can perform after nearly two decades of early stage and rapid growth business experience.
